Hi, I’m Libby, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mindset Coach for Athletes.
I played competitive soccer throughout my childhood into young adulthood. I lived the experience of balancing my demanding athletic schedule with academics, the expectations of my parents, coaches, and teammates, performance anxiety, and the impacts of my personal life and mental health on my athletic performance.
My experience as an LPC is in a variety of settings – community mental health, schools, and private practice. I’ve worked with children, teens, young adults and their families in every setting. I’m also a billet Mom for a local Junior Hockey team and have the pleasure of hosting players during the season.
I am driven to combine my professional expertise with my personal experience to shift the mentality around mental health in athletics.
Athletes who want to be more consistent in games
Athletes who get stuck in their own head or fear failure
Families who know mindset matters, but don’t know where to start
Players ready to lead with effort, energy, and emotional control
After years of working with athletes, parents, and coaches, I saw a major need: players want to feel more confident, focused, and consistent—but often don’t know how to train their mindset like they do their physical game. This playbook was built to close that gap. It gives players practical tools to build mental toughness, manage pressure, and bounce back from mistakes—while giving parents a better way to support their athlete along the way.
Most players are told to “be confident”—but no one teaches them how. This course changes that.
Created by a licensed clinical counselor and mental performance coach, this course merges sports psychology with simple, actionable tools designed for youth and teen athletes.
Age-appropriate content ensures that players understand and apply what they learn—without feeling overwhelmed or talked down to.
Yes! I offer 1:1 coaching calls, team workshops, and ongoing consultation options. If you're interested in more direct support beyond the course, just reach out and we’ll explore the best fit for your team or organization.
